EGR Plates- Toyota 2.4L 22RE EGR Block Off Plates (1985-1995) KIT-1017
**This kit is intended for off-road and testing purposes only.**
Always check you emission laws and regulations before removing or modifying any emissions control devices.
Plates are made of 3/16" 304 mild steel and Painted with high temp primer to protect metal.
Kit Includes:
- 2 exhaust manifold plates
- 1 EGR plate
- 1 EFI plenum plate
If your vehicle is equipped with an EGR Temp Sensor, a 10K resistor can be used to keep the Check Engine Light from coming on.

Good quality EGR delete kit.
These units worked well. The surface finish was a lite frost finish. The only thing that would have been better is if they included a gasket set. I ended up using the old exhaust gaskets and Ultra Gray Silicon on the other cover plates. The shipping was fast and arrived one day ahead of expected.

They are block off plates... What can you say? They are made of nice steel, fit well, and eliminated the darn EGR system! Only thing is the gaskets are separate and the kit doesn't come with a gasket for the head...

Excellent, but does not fit 22R intake manifold.
I purchased this product to complete EGR system removal. I found that the block plate fit perfectly but the intake manifold plate did not fit my 22R engine. I shot off an email to YotaShop and they quickly sent the correct plate (email them when you order if you have a 22R). The correct plate fit very well and I was pleased with the build quality and the gasket provided for the intake plate. Just a note - I purchased 8mm x 1.25 x 1" bolts and lock washers to attach them since the stock bolts will not work (too long).
