This is a Genuine Toyota specialty bolt used to allow the timing belt tensioner bearing to pivot. This allen headed bolt used 90201-10098 washer on the back side of the tensioner bearing to allow it to pivot without locking down. This tensioner pivot bolt is used in the list of Toyota vehicles below.
