New aluminum rocker arm for Toyota 20R 22R 22RE 22RET.
Rocker Arms does not come with tappet adjusters or lock nuts.

Tappet lock nut available here 90179-08049
These are a direct application on all Toyota 22R series engines and an upgrade over the steel rocker arms on the 20R engines.
