Fixed my cooling issue.
Replaced the thermostat last year when doing the timing belt and water pump. The original thermostat I purchased was not a Toyota part. It always took a long time to get up to temp and eventually when the weather cooled it would cool down while I was cruising and kick me out of overdrive. This factory thermostat solved all of those issues.
