This 02 sensor flange fits Toyota style O2 sensors with flat mount flange.
You can use this kit to replace rusted out O2 flanges and in 5VZ swaps and custom builds.
This is a weld in piece for building exhaust systems.

- 2 Stainless Steel Metric Studs
- 2 Metric M8 1.25 Nuts
- o2 Gasket

Effective and simple fix for odd design by Toyota when exhaust is rusted.

Awesome product!
The O2 sensor in my 1994 4Runner went bad recently, and when I tried to remove it the studs were rusted and sheared off. The other bolts on the exhaust were equally as rusty, so I knew my chances of removing them easily were small. This flange from YotaShop led to an easy fix! I considered attempting it myself, but I'm not a very talented welder. I took it to an exhuast shop and they were able to weld this flange to my exhaust without any issues. Thanks YotaShop!

O2 sensor mounting flange
Exactly as described and worked perfectly. Just got back from the repair shop and was exactly what I needed so that I didn’t have to replace my cat and resonator.

Exactly what I needed!
Ordered this flange for my 94 Hilux to make a custom pipe for the O2 sensor, and it worked out great. Good quality threads in the flange, strong studs, good hardware, and this thing is thick! Not too thick to skew readings but definitely enough to withstand heavy welding without warping. Gasket worked out fine, no leaks. Would definitely order it again if I need another later down the road!

Good flanges
These are good thick flanges and the provided hardware is high quality. Arrived with quite a bit of surface rust, but cleaned up easily. Would be nice if there were another version available for stainless setups.

Perfect
This is exactly what I needed because the studs and nuts were all rusted off of my existing exhaust system. This saved me hundreds of dollars in new exhaust pipes. It welded on exactly as described and my mechanic also gave a five stars.
