    o2 Flange- Toyota o2 Sensor Mounting Flange Kit (1980-2004) KIT-1098

    This 02 sensor flange fits Toyota style O2 sensors with flat mount flange.

    You can use this kit to replace rusted out O2 flanges and in 5VZ swaps and custom builds.

    This is a weld in piece for building exhaust systems.

     Made in the USA

    Comes with:

    • 2 Stainless Steel Metric Studs
    • 2 Metric M8 1.25 Nuts
    • o2 Gasket
    • Weld on mounting plate (1/4" Mild Steel)

      I was concerned in the begining given that these weren't factory part. But every fit perfectly and I didnt have any issues. Awesome!!!

      This is exactly what I needed because the studs and nuts were all rusted off of my existing exhaust system. This saved me hundreds of dollars in new exhaust pipes. It welded on exactly as described and my mechanic also gave a five stars.

      This flange is way thick, no worries about heating it up when you weld and worry about a sealing issue. Welded to my LCE header just fine, and sealed up good too. Hardware is good quality, the nuts have the teeth on the washer to ensure they don't back out. And the gasket is of very nice quality. Top notch product.

      I used this to repair my exhaust on my 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser. Saved me a ton of money instead of buying new downpipes from Toyota!!

      I snapped a thread tap in my old bung and it was too hard to remove. I bought this one and it works perfectly and the exhaust repair shop had no problem welding it all back together.

      It was a perfect fit for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. The local repair shop was able to weld these on a piece of pipe with no problem whatsoever. The new oxygen sensors fit in perfectly. Great product and Yotashop was great to deal with and had super fast shipping.
